Return policy
Exchange policy and procedures:
1.We do not accept purchase return or refund. If there is any quality issues with the product, please retain all packaging materials, including the original packaging and receipts, and contact us to request an exchange within seven days from the date of purchase.
2.Please return the products with quality issues to our company for inspection. Once we confirm that the product condition meets the exchange policy requirements, we will arrange for an exchange.
Please note:
- Freight charges that have been paid will not be refunded.
- Our company address: 9/F., Tai Fung Industrial Building, 61 Hung To Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong
3.Exchanges are restricted to the same brand and model, and must retain the complete packaging and all accessories, with no damage or scratches.
4.Each item can only be exchanged once.
5.In the event of any dispute, EMP reserves the right of final decision.
If the product has the following circumstances, we are unable to process an exchange:
1.The purchase date has exceeded 7 days.
2.Seven-day exchange policy does not apply if the product is damaged due to personal accidents or improper use, including abuse, misuse, negligence, surface scratches, or cracks
3.If the goods show any signs of wear or dirt caused by human factors, or if returned items have obvious stains or odours, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.
4.Incomplete packaging: complete packaging should include goods, packaging bags, and packaging boxes.
5.Damage to the packaging or labels affects the resale value.
6.We do not handle exchanges due to subjective reasons, such as color discrepancies or deviations from expectations.
